Bev & Tim had been busy planning their perfect wedding when they got in touch to enquire about Newstead Abbey wedding photography. Newstead Abbey is one of my favourite locations to photograph, so I felt very priviledged when they chose me to cover their big day. The weather forecast leading upto the day itself had been less than impressive, but with a bit of luck it turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year! Bev arrived in a gorgeous Aston Martin, and the guests were transported by a fabulous vintage double decker bus. After the ceremony had taken place, there was time for a few canopes and then I quickly whisked the couple off to capture some portraits around the grounds. Bev & Tim chose to hold their reception at the equally beautiful Carriage Hall in Plumtree. They put so much thought into all the little details – it truly was one of those occasions when everything just comes together and makes everything else that little bit more special. We captured some amazing photographs throughout the day and here are a selection of my favourites.
