Once you’ve booked your session with me, one of the first things we’ll discuss is possible locations for the shoot. All of the locations I suggest are tried and tested in a variety of conditions to make sure that whatever happens they’ll be an opportunity to capture great images. For this particular session we headed out into the countryside to add a ‘rustic’ feel to the backdrop. There’s a great mix of rocks, spectacular scenery and natural heathland. Unfortunately, no sooner had we reached the first location and the heavens opened. This session quickly turned into one of the wettest child sessions i’ve photographed in a long time! I have to give credit to the four fabulous kids though for persevering – I think we managed to get some great portraits.
